The old 'Forms' feature in monday.com, meant for creating digital forms, was causing user friction.

Users highlighted missing key features which were essential for their workflows

Form creation is often viewed as a boring, presenting us with an opportunity to reinvigorate this experience that would be more monday way.

We have identified great potential among our users who use this feature, and finally, the decision was made to make it a separate product that we built from scratch.
And so we have started to work both on the brand and the product.
Process
Since it was meant to be a separate product from monday.com, we knew it should look different too. so we were exploring other ways to make workforms more juicy, liquid, dynamic, sexy, lava lamps of awesomeness.
