In the ever-evolving landscape of marketing, professionals face many challenges. Me and my team started with identifying the core issues faced by marketers in various sectors and scales.
Process
We wanted the marketer users to land on the relevant solution matching their entities.
So we created 4 primary entities according to the main marketer use cases.
While defining the product structure with my team and after interviewing many users, I also took into consideration the relevant key features that the marketing personas needed to use.
Resulting in a product that replaced the user's current marketer tech stack with one centralized platform.
